SIL BSC integration complete

Tech Update

Dear SIL users,

It’s a pleasure to announce that SIL.FINANCE has finished integration with BinanceChain, which includes PancakeSwap and BurgerSwap, and oracles.

The Ethereum asset will be bridged to BinanceChain through Poly Network, details will be disclosed when time is right.

The roadmap on BinanceChain is as follows:

• The SIL.FINANCE product suite is going to be deployed on BinanceChain.
• The SIL LP pool will be opened.
• The SIL LP pool’s corresponding yield pool will be opened too, on SIL’s Yield interface, the SIL rewarding leverage will be tripled or quadrupled.
• There will be a SIL single token Yield pool, which is xSIL like xSushi, the pool will receive a portion of the LP farming rewards(Cake, Burger) from various hedging/yield pools’ daily generation.
• The bridged Ethereum user will have their tokens to go though this xSIL pool, for a period of time
• The NFT interface will be ready, users can buy mystery box using SIL, the mystery box will be materialized when opened, or keeps it’s random property before opened. The mystery box could be send to any address just like tokens.
• There will be several classes of NFT cards, have positive or negative effects

We are in the process of evaluating the best SIL LP pool from PancakeSwap and BurgerSwap, we would select the most profitable one initially then give back the choice to the community with governance.

In the mean while, the Ethereum experimental program will be ended, before a more acceptable approach that would unburden the gas cost for all the users(we are actively reviewing L2 solutions like Polygon, or the long hold Ethereum v2), the SIL on Ethereum is deprecated. The founding committee has comes to a conclusion that the SIL rewards of all Ethereum pools will be paused since 00:00 AM, 3rd, June, 2021.

The founding committee should only exec its governance function while the project is still in the bootstrapping stage, future governance will hand over to the community by going though SIP proposals.
