SIL OEC Branch ready to start SIL emission

Dear SILians,
The OEC branch’s testing period has been concluded and the team will start SIL emission on selected pools(please check the website for real time adjustments).
The ETA of emission time is: Tue Sep 7 13:00 PM UTC 2021 (approximately 2 hours later as of writing)
The SIL(OEC) version will not be bridged to other chains and verse-versa for now, further decisions still pending or vote on DAO.
